Mitsui Chemicals Group ranked top 100 in Singapore’s 100 Leading Graduate Employers 2025

Mitsui Chemicals Group of subsidiaries in Singapore (herein “the Group”) was ranked at 96th position on the Singapore’s 100 (S100) Leading Graduate Employers 2025, an annual national careers survey by gradSingapore. This is the first time for the Group to enter this top 100 graduate employers ranking in Singapore. Separately on its sector ranking, the Group was ranked 7th in the “Energy, Oil and Gas, Utilities sector”, an improvement by two positions from the 2024 survey. More than 10,400 students and graduates participated in the 2025 survey.

The Group had gradually stepped up on various employer branding strategies, with activities that traces back to late 2000s. The employer branding activities include collaboration with various tertiary institutions on several initiatives. The Group had also made concerted efforts to ensure brand presence in targeted campuses and communities through engagement events.
Complementing the employer branding strategies, the Group utilized social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Youtube to showcase authentic human and brand stories from the various affiliates around the World.
