Mitsui Chemicals Asia Pacific (MCAP) – Mitsui Chemicals Asia Pacific (MCAP), representing the Mitsui Chemicals Group of subsidiaries in Singapore (the Group), has been ranked 93rd in the Singapore’s 100 Leading Graduate Employers (S100) 2026 survey. This marks an improvement of three spots from 2025 and the second time the Group has been featured within the overall top 100 list in this annual national career survey conducted by gradsingapore. In the sector rankings, the Group achieved 2nd place, rising five positions from the previous year.
The 2026 survey saw participation from more than 10,500 students and graduates across Singapore.
Since the late 2000s, the Group has progressively strengthened its employer branding efforts through strategic collaborations with tertiary institutions and a range of targeted initiatives. These include campus engagement activities designed to build meaningful connections and enhance the Group’s presence among students and young professionals.
Complementing these efforts, the Group has actively leveraged social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube to share authentic employee experiences and showcase its global brand, highlighting stories from affiliates worldwide.
